Resident Portal
The Resident Portal allows you to make payments via ACH or credit card. THIS SYSTEM CHARGES A FEE. To make FREE ACH payments, please submit this form.
Y0U MUST USE THIS FORM TO SIGNUP FOR FREE ACH PAYMENTS.
Register/login to view your account, make payments, submit forms and stay current on ROA news.
Anytime you SUBMIT A PAYMENT via the portal, you will be charged a service fee. To avoid fees, USE THIS FORM to sign up for ACH payments. To avoid future fees, email management@redmondridgeroa.com and request payment be pulled from your ACH account.
Other Payment Options
Alliance Bank Online Payment Program
This system is through Alliance Bank and allows you to make monthly payments if you create an account. You can also submit one-time eCheck or credit card payments as well. CLICK HERE to access this program. You will need your personal account number, as well as the Association ID (RRR) and Management ID (6912). If you do not have your account number, you can contact the ROA office at 425-836-1064. US Postal Service
If you select this option, please mail your assessment payment to the below processing center for prompt and accurate processing: (Check payable to RRROA). Make sure your account number is on your check. Redmond Ridge Residential Association, P.O. Box 94343, Las Vegas, NV 89193-4343.
Bill Pay Service Thru Your Bank
If you utilize your bank’s Payment Service, please ensure the account number you include for payment instructions includes your Association ID and Account Number.
