Private Redmond Ridge Parks

Redmond Ridge contains more than 14 parks. In addition to the community parks, each neighborhood has its own distinctive parks and open spaces that vary in design and character.

Cascara Circle 

A distinctive circle park in the Cascara Neighborhood.  Enjoy a walk on a trail among the trees, play Frisbee on the lawn, or just daydream on the grass.


Cascara Gardens

Located adjacent to Cascara Circle, this large park offers amenities for people of all ages.  There are basketball and volleyball courts, a large playground equipment area for both older kids as well as a toddler area. There is a picnic pavilion, and plenty of grassy area to run and play. Also, you will find some nice grassy hills here, so it is the perfect spot for sledding on a snow day!


Cedar Park

A stretch of ten acres along Cedar Park Crescent NE and home to the Redmond Ridge Community Center. Facilities include tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts for active recreation. A picnic area, trails, and children’s playground equipment are great for family activities. The national park inspired Community Center includes a great room, meeting rooms, and an activity room to round out the amenities for social enjoyment.


Commons Park

Located along Cedar Park Crescent at 227th Way NE, and adjacent to magnificent tall trees. This is a terrific park for family fun, with a play structure and swings, a basketball court and a picnic shelter.


Fern Reach Circle

Another lovely circle park that is centered in the Fern Reach Neighborhood with amenities such as play equipment, a tube slide and picnic benches.


Neighborhood Park

Located on NE 91st Way, this park features an obstacle course appropriate for older kids and adults alike.


Parkside Park

Located in the Parkside neighborhood, this small neighborhood park features play equipment and picnic benches.


South Park

South Park has a large play structure as well as two fun zip lines! A basketball court and soccer net are also featured at this fun park. Located on the corner of 229th DR NE and NE 98th PL.


Turnstone Park

Turnstone is a small neighborhood park located in the Turnstone neighborhood off Bridle Crossing Way. It features a small play area, and sand box.

Trails

The Redmond Ridge trail system includes over 15 miles of trails, connecting neighborhoods with parks and preserved forest areas. The Redmond Ridge trails also link up with other area trails through adjacent properties, giving you trail access to the Redmond Watershed Preserve. Click here to download a trail map.
