USE THIS FORM TO SIGN UP FOR FREE ACH PAYMENTS. The resident portal has a service that allows you to make monthly payments via ACH or credit card. This service charges a fee. To avoid this fee, use THIS FORM to sign up for free ACH payments.

2. Setup Monthly Payments

The Redmond Ridge ROA offers a variety of payment options, including free ACH payments. Use this form to signup for free ACH Payments.

3. Update Contact Information

Click here to update your contact information with management. Keeping your records current is important! Make sure to tell us about any changes to your mailing address, tenants, or other contact changes.

4. Download Community App

For quick access to your account, bulletins and forms – download this convenient app. From the app store search FRONTSTEPS and click download. You will need to log in once downloaded. Make sure to register on a desktop first.
