Rental FAQs

How many tables and chairs are available at the Community & Event Center?

There are approximately 138 chairs, 18 large round tables, 12 banquet tables, and 20 bistro tables.

When renting the full center, is the park also reserved, or does it remain open for public use?

When you rent the full center, the park area is also reserved for your event and is available for your guests’ use during the rental period. It is not open for general public use during that time.

How many people can the center seat, and what is the maximum capacity?

The Event Center can seat approximately 138 people. The maximum standing capacity is 220 people.

Can we arrive early to decorate or stay after our scheduled rental time to clean up?

You have a 10-minute grace period before and after your reservation. We kindly ask all renters to vacate the facility within their reserved time, as our janitorial team arrives immediately following the event. If you need additional time for decorating before your event or for cleaning afterward, please include that time when making your reservation, as it must be reserved and paid for.

What type of insurance is required?

Insurance requirements are outlined in our rental packet. We require event liability insurance for all rentals. If alcohol will be served, you must also provide a banquet permit and, if a bartender will be serving alcohol, a copy of the bartender’s license.
