Volunteers meet at the park & ride next to Rosa Parks Elementary at 3:00 PM The monthly walks bring together Redmond Ridge residents who care about the environment and cleanliness of the neighborhood.  Managed by the Beautification Committee, volunteers typically meet on the third Sunday of each month at 3:00pm, at the Park & Ride near Rosa Parks Elementary, rain or shine. In addition to meeting new friends and helping keep the community beautiful, volunteers receive $10 gift cards.

Our annual Summer Festival is BACK! This year’s event will be held Saturday, August 17, 11 AM – 3 PM at Cascara Park in Redmond Ridge! Cascara Park is located on Cascara Cir & 226th Ave NE. This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your business and build relationships with approximately 600-700 attendees! The event will be promoted through our newsletter, email bulletin, Facebook, website and signage in the neighborhood. Certain sponsorship levels also include free advertising in our Newsletter. At the Board of Directors meeting conducted on March 26th, revisions were made to the Community Wide Standards. This procedure aligns with the protocols detailed in the ROA’s Governing Documents, empowering the Board to modify, amend, or extend the Community Wide Standards, Design Guidelines, and Rules and Regulations for Redmond Ridge. The Redmond Ridge ROA seeks Halloween enthusiasts of all ages to volunteer for this year’s Trail of Terror: INVASION, taking place on Saturday, October 26, from 7 to 9:30 PM at the Redmond Ridge Community and Event Center. The Trail of Terror is an annual haunted trail event in Redmond Ridge.
