Winter Weather Resources

King County has many resources available to residents, including snow plow maps, floodwarnings, traffic cameras, ALERT services and tips on winter safety in numerous languages. As a reminder, the Redmond Ridge ROA cannot plow the streets in Redmond Ridge. We do not own or maintain the public roads in our neighborhood and only King County has the authority and expertise needed for this job. Please use the resources below during snow and storm events. Community Safety Committee Members Needed

The Community Safety Committee still needs members before it can get started. The primary responsibility of the Community Safety Committee is to advise the Board of Directors on issues, concerns, and recommendations pertaining to matters related to the safety and security of the neighborhood, including neighborhood watch, traffic safety, neighborhood lighting and/or other issues that affect the general safety and welfare of the Redmond Ridge residents. The Redmond Ridge Events Committee is looking for new members. If you have a knack for planning fun parties or would simply like to be more involved in your community, this committee might be right for you! No experience necessary! The Events Committee is responsible for developing and administering ongoing community events to promote the neighborhood connection between the ROA and individual resident. 2024 Budget Ratified: Update your payments by January 1, 2024!

The 2024 Budget was ratified at the Budget Ratification Meeting on 11/28/23. Assessments will increase to $72 starting January 1, 2024. Unless you have signed up for the associations ACH program, you will need to manually update how much you pay each month. As a reminder, monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th of each month. Construction of new playground equipment at Turnstone Park

10/25/23: Demo of the old equipment at Turnstone Park has begun. The old playground will be replaced with brand a new equipment, chosen by the Playground Committee. Work is scheduled to be complete in early November. The construction zone will be fenced off. For your safety, please DO NOT enter the construction zone. New Security Patrols in Redmond Ridge

We are pleased to announce that the Redmond Ridge ROA has taken a significant step towards enhancing the safety and security of our community. After careful consideration and evaluation, the Board has selected a new security company to provide patrolling services within our neighborhood on a trial basis. Starting within the next few days, the new security company will begin patrolling our community on a regular basis.
