Resale & Closing Documents (Resale Package)
If you are selling your home (or buying within Redmond Ridge), your lender, escrow company, or real estate agent may request a Resale Package (also called a Resale Disclosure). This package typically includes Association documents such as governing documents, financial information, and other items required for closing.
Resale documents and requests are processed through HOAMCO.

- Seller or owner information
