Dear Redmond Ridge ROA Residents,

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that we are trying out a new compliance policy. In an effort to foster better communication among neighbors, notices for landscaping issues, unless egregious, will now be sent on a resident complaint basis.

We encourage residents to talk to their neighbors if they have concerns about landscaping. Open dialogue often helps resolve issues quickly and amicably.

However, if you have spoken to your neighbor and no changes have been made, or if you are uncomfortable approaching your neighbor directly, you may file a complaint with the ROA office staff by emailing standards@redmondridgeroa.com.

This trial period will run through April 2025, and we plan to send out a survey in January or February to gather feedback on the policy’s effectiveness and community impact.

We hope this trial policy will strengthen our sense of community and promote collaboration between neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation!
