Redmond Ridge ROA: Community Update & Key Announcements

published: June 15th, 2025 by in Uncategorized

Thank you to all residents for your continued support, patience, and commitment as we work through a time of significant transition. The Board has been actively stepping in to maintain day-to-day operations, strengthen internal processes, and ensure the community continues to receive the attention and care it deserves.

We are grateful for your understanding as we take on this additional responsibility and make progress toward a more stable and transparent ROA. Below are several important updates about compliance, landscaping, leadership, and ongoing system transitions.

Maintaining Our Community Standards

We all want to live in a clean, well-kept neighborhood. Starting this week, the Redmond Ridge ROA is resuming friendly reminders and compliance enforcement. Our team will be walking the community to ensure that properties, yards, and visible areas are being maintained in line with community expectations.

Landscaping Work

Crews were on-site this week Monday and Tuesday, with additional support on Wednesday and Friday. Most of the field mowing has now been completed.

Next week’s focus: the area at NE 100th Way and Cedar Park Crescent.

New Community Manager Starts June 17

We’re welcoming a new Community Manager to the ROA office this Tuesday, June 17. They bring years of experience in property and community management, and will be working directly with residents and the Board.

Next Board Meeting: June 24, 2025

Our next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 24. This is a great opportunity for homeowners to hear updates on key community initiatives, ask questions, and provide input. Topics will include community maintenance, upcoming projects, and financial planning. All homeowners are encouraged to attend and stay engaged with what’s happening in Redmond Ridge.

Operational Access & System Transition

Behind the scenes, the Board has been working with a wide range of individuals and partners to secure access to all operational systems — including email, servers, and key management platforms. To avoid disruption, Board members have committed significant time to learning the accounting and work order systems (like Caliber) so we can keep operations moving without causing unnecessary delays or complications for the community. These efforts are critical to maintaining transparency, continuity, and full oversight.

Regards,

Redmond Ridge ROA Board
