Are you passionate about the future of our community? The Redmond Ridge Residential Owners Association (ROA) is seeking committed residents to join the Board of Directors. This is your chance to play a vital role in guiding the growth and success of our neighborhood.

Experience is not required, but a willingness to learn about the operations of community associations from a legal perspective is essential. As a Board member, you’ll need to understand and follow state statutes as well as the ROA’s own governing documents, including the CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and Rules and Regulations. While the majority of the Association’s day-to-day operations are managed by the dedicated onsite ROA staff, who have been with the community between 7 and 17 years, their duties and priorities are shaped by the Board’s decisions and direction.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Association’s business, developing policies, adopting the annual budget, and making key decisions that benefit the entire community. It’s essential to look beyond personal interests to consider the well-being of all Redmond Ridge residents. Board members are elected by the community, so your participation will directly reflect the trust and support of your neighbors.
