Apply to Join the Redmond Ridge ROA Board of Directors
Do you care about the future of our community?
The Redmond Ridge Residential Owners Association (ROA) is inviting residents to apply to join the Board of Directors. This is your chance to make a difference and help guide the growth and success of our neighborhood. You do not need any prior experience to serve on the Board. What matters most is your interest in learning how community associations work and your willingness to follow the ROA’s governing documents, including the CC&Rs, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, and Rules and Regulations. The Board works together to make decisions that support the whole community. This includes reviewing budgets, setting policies, and providing direction to the on-site management team. Our experienced ROA staff handles the day-to-day work, while the Board focuses on long-term goals and community priorities. Being on the Board means looking at what is best for everyone who lives in Redmond Ridge. It is about teamwork, respect, and helping our neighborhood thrive.
Who Can Apply
Both homeowners and renters can apply to serve on the Board. The ROA Bylaws state that directors must be either “Members or residents.”A “resident” is any person 18 years or older whose main home is in Redmond Ridge. This includes renters. While renters cannot vote in the election, they can apply to be nominated for a Board position. For any one property, both the owner and a renter of that same home cannot serve on the Board at the same time. Officers or partners representing a property-owning company are also eligible to serve.
