New Resident Portal & Community App!

The Redmond Ridge ROA is launching a NEW resident portal and community app.

The new portal includes the following improvements:

  • Mobile friendly options.
  • Direct payments – Note your current payment system has NOT changed. You can continue with your current payment method or sign up on the new resident portal. To avoid paying fees, use this form when adding a new or modifying an existing ACH payment.
  • Easily navigate between multiple properties owned in Redmond Ridge with ONE login!
  • Easily submit online forms like Residential Modification Requests.
  • Find all your governing documents in one convenient place.
  • Stay current with news, events, updates and more.

Check Your Email

Every member of the ROA will receive an email inviting them to use the new portal. This email will be coming from Frontsteps – check your junk mailbox. This will link you directly to your account and allow you to register.

Payments Using the New Portal


The new portal has an option that allows owners to make payments. This system charges service fees! To avoid service fees, please submit this form (must be registered) to add or modify ACH payments.

Your current payment method has NOT changed. If you used ACH via the previous caliber portal – your payment information has been saved, but your login information has been deleted. You will need to register on the new portal, but YOU DO NOT NEED RE-ENTER YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION.

You can continue to use your current payment method, whether that be via Alliance Bank, Caliber Portal (now FRONTSTEPS portal) or through your banks bill-pay system. Only use the resident portal’s payment system if you WANT to change your current payment method.

Condo Residents

If you live in one of our condo/sub associations, you have a direct management company that you use to make monthly assessment payments, submit work orders and ask questions regarding your unit and property. You will continue to work directly with your management company for these matters. You are welcome to register on the new portal to receive email alerts and use other functions of the app. Your management company does not send updated owner information to us. If you have trouble registering, it may be that we need your updated contact information. Email to update your contact information.

The Lodge Apartment Tenants

Because we do not record tenant information directly, we don’t (currently) have a way to give you access to the portal. We are working on a solution for this but FEAR NOT – we have made everything relevant to you public on our website We will also continue sending email bulletins using our current system until we can find a solution for communication with our wonderful Lodge residents. We will keep you posted. For now, sign up to receive weekly email bulletins here and check back on this site for updates.

Community App

Download the Community App from your app store by searching for FRONTSTEPS. Click download and login. Make sure to register first on a desktop.
