The Redmond Ridge ROA FrontSteps Resident Portal and Community App provide homeowners with quick and convenient access to important community tools and information.
What You Can Do in FrontSteps
- Mobile-friendly access – Log in easily from any device.
- View your account – Access balances, documents, and account information.
- Submit forms online – Including Residential Modification Requests and other association forms.
- Access governing documents – All documents in one convenient location.
- Stay informed – Receive community news, announcements, and updates.
- Single login for multiple properties – Manage multiple associations from one account (if applicable).
Getting Started
New Residents
When you move into Redmond Ridge, you will receive a welcome email from FrontSteps with a link to register your account.
- Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- The email will come directly from FrontSteps and will allow you to create your login credentials.

FrontSteps provides access to your account and may offer payment features; however, payment options, fees, and instructions vary.

Condo Residents
If you live in one of the condo or sub-associations, you will continue working directly with your respective management company for:
- Monthly assessment payments
- Maintenance requests and work orders
- Unit-specific questions
You may still register for FrontSteps to receive community announcements and access shared documents.

The Lodge Apartment Residents
At this time, tenant information is not stored directly in the HOA system, so Lodge apartment residents do not currently have access to the resident portal.
We are actively working on a solution to improve portal access for tenants in the future and will share updates as they become available.
