👥 ROA Office Staffing Update

In recent weeks, the Association has experienced some office staff departures within our management team. The Board is actively working to fill these vacancies with qualified professionals to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of ROA operations. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we are working on it.

🎯 Board Vision and Goals

Board is committed to these primary goals:

·     Optimize operating expenses by identifying opportunities for cost efficiency

·     Strengthen community engagement and increase transparency into office operations

·     Foster a welcoming, connected, and well-maintained neighborhood that residents are proud to call home

·     Maintain low HOA dues while striving to develop community amenities—such as a dog park and a pickleball court—that have been broadly requested by residents.

Due to significant changes in board membership since our last meeting, we will revisit the topic of management structure changes once the new board members are appointed and there is broader community representation. The Board remains committed to making decisions transparently and in the best interest of the entire community.
