Dear Neighbors, Over the years, many of you have shared thoughtful feedback about compliance notices—specifically, that many notices around maintaining lawn feel unnecessary or overly intrusive. As your elected Board, we value this input and strive to find a balance that respects community feedback while maintaining the Community Wide Standards (CWS) that keep Redmond Ridge beautiful. Recently, we introduced a trial adjustment to our landscape compliance approach. We’d like to take this opportunity to provide some additional clarification about what this change means: Our compliance team will continue to conduct regular surveys and focus on addressing significant or persistent issues. We are sad to announce that this years Trail of Terror has been cancelled due to an insufficient number of volunteers. This was not an easy decision, and we are incredibly grateful to every volunteer who stepped up to help. Your commitment and enthusiasm mean the world to us! Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we just don’t have enough participation to craft the quality experience we envisioned. We apologize for any disappointment this may cause and hope to hold the event next year.

However, if you have spoken to your neighbor and no changes have been made, or if you are uncomfortable approaching your neighbor directly, you may file a complaint with the ROA office… Read More »
