The 2024 Budget was ratified at the Budget Ratification Meeting on 11/28/23. Assessments will increase to $72 starting January 1, 2024. Unless you have signed up for the associations ACH program, you will need to manually update how much you pay each month. As a reminder, monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th of each month.
