Volunteers meet at the park & ride next to Rosa Parks Elementary at 3:00 PM The monthly walks bring together Redmond Ridge residents who care about the environment and cleanliness of the neighborhood.  Managed by the Beautification Committee, volunteers typically meet on the third Sunday of each month at 3:00pm, at the Park & Ride near Rosa Parks Elementary, rain or shine. In addition to meeting new friends and helping keep the community beautiful, volunteers receive $10 gift cards.

Our annual Summer Festival is BACK! This year’s event will be held Saturday, August 17, 11 AM – 3 PM at Cascara Park in Redmond Ridge! Cascara Park is located on Cascara Cir & 226th Ave NE. This is a fantastic opportunity to introduce your business and build relationships with approximately 600-700 attendees! At the Board of Directors meeting conducted on March 26th, revisions were made to the Community Wide Standards. This procedure aligns with the protocols detailed in the ROA’s Governing Documents, empowering the Board to modify, amend, or extend the Community Wide Standards, Design Guidelines, and Rules and Regulations for Redmond Ridge.
