Getting Started
Check Your Welcome Letter
Redmond Ridge has migrated to a new FrontSteps resident portal under HOAMCO. A welcome letter with your account information, balance details, and registration instructions was mailed in December 2025.
If you have not received your welcome letter or need assistance accessing your account, please contact the ROA office.

1. Register on our Resident Portal
Registering on the Resident Portal allows you to:
- Receive email and text notifications
- View your account and balances
- Make payments
- Submit forms and requests
2. Setup Payments
Multiple payment options are available, including online payments and recurring payment options.

3. Update Contact Information
Please verify that your contact information is accurate in the resident system. If everything is correct, no action is required.
If your email address is not currently on file, we strongly recommend adding it so you receive important Association communications.
How to Update Your Information
You may update your contact information directly through HOAMCO:
- Visit https://hoamco.com
- From the top menu, select Homeowners → Update Your Information
- You do not need to log in to the resident portal to submit updates.
- You will need your account number and basic contact information for verification.
Privacy and Data Use
HOAMCO keeps homeowner information confidential and uses it only for Redmond Ridge Residential Association correspondence and account administration.

4. Download Community App
For quick access to your account, bulletins and forms – download this convenient app. From the app store search FRONTSTEPS and click download. You will need to log in once downloaded. Make sure to register on a desktop first.
5. Stay Connected
Signup to receive our weekly email bulletins. These valuable emails will provide you with news updates, event information and alerts that are relevant to the Redmond Ridge ROA.
