The Fall Community Garage Sale is back!
📍 Register your sale to get your home listed on the community sale map. More visibility = more shoppers!
ℹ️ If you don’t register, you can still participate, but your sale won’t appear on the map.

💡 Don’t forget to advertise your garage sale! The ROA office will also promote the event, but the more you advertise, the more visitors you’ll get.
RULES:
You may put up signs for your garage sale only on 9/20 – 9/21.
All signs must be removed after the garage sale on 9/21.
Garage sales must take place on your property. Sales on ROA or public property are not allowed.
Sale cancellations must be submitted at least a week in advance.
Borrow a Garage Sale Sign from the ROA:
$5 CASH deposit per sign
Pick Up: Sept 16 – Sept 19, 9 AM – 5 PM, at the ROA Office
Return: Sept 22 – Sept 24, 9 AM – 5 PM, at the ROA Office
⚠️ Deposits will not be refunded after Sept 24.
🚫 DO NOT write on signs.
If you wish to add wording, please use painter’s tape and paper. Deposits will not be refunded for damaged or marked signs.
