The 2024 Budget was ratified at the Budget Ratification Meeting on 11/28/23. Assessments will increase to $72 starting January 1, 2024. Unless you have signed up for the associations ACH program, you will need to manually update how much you pay each month. As a reminder, monthly assessments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th of each month. What you need to do before January 1, 2024: If you use ACH (ROA statement will state ACH next to payments) then you do not have to do anything – your payment will automatically update. If you use Alliance Bank to make monthly payments: LOGIN HERE. If you forgot your login information, please use the sites forgot username/password function, ROA staff does not have access to your Alliance account. Update your monthly payments to send $72 per month starting 1/1/2024. If you use your personal bank to send monthly payments: login to your bank account and update the amount sent to $72 per month starting 1/1/24. Special Note for Cedar Park, Compass Pointe, Natures Walk, and Tamarack Village Sub-Associations: Your assessments to the ROA are included in your payment to your Community Association, and are paid by your management company and not to the ROA directly. Please do not send your assessments to the Redmond Ridge ROA, as the payment will not be applied to your account.
