ROAD CONSTRUCTION & TRAIL CLOSURES

RR & RRE Connector Road and Round-a-bout Map
The time has come that Redmond Ridge East will beginning the construction of the connection road between Redmond Ridge and Redmond Ridge East. There will be some construction activities, temporary trail closures, as well as the construction of a new trail from May 3rd through mid September. Awareness of these activities above all is to ensure your safety, and it is imperative that everyone recognizes closures and all construction activities, and adheres to the posted signage, and not enters construction zones at anytime, until the improvements have been completed and are safe to enter.
To view an overall map depicting the construction area and where closures will occur please click on the link above. This notice is being sent out to alert you for your safety and to give the contactors the ability to do the work. Although you may want to go out and witness these activities, we ask that you please refrain from doing so these areas must remain clear to avoid any accidents.
The anticipated schedule is as follows:
Trail Closures: May 3rd through mid September
New Trail: Anticipate opening late June
Cedar Park Crescent: Clearing and Grading 2010
Completion late 2011
(Please note that this road will not be open to vehicular traffic at this time unless the upcoming Novelty Hill CIP Road Improvement is substantially complete and open to vehicular traffic)
Roundabout on Redmond Ridge Drive: Construction will occur in June through mid September. Some preliminary activities will be occurring in May, however traffic disruption will be minimal. Major traffic delays will be occurring during those time periods when school is out.
